Order Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our carrier partner and prepared for shipment.
Transit Time
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days within the United States.
Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
Please note that these are estimated time frames. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather).

This shipping policy applies exclusively to deliveries within the United States.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free.
Richmond Outfitters covers all standard shipping costs for every order — no minimum purchase required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier link.
You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@richmond-outfitters.com before the order has shipped.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and the standard return process must be followed instead.
Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice any damage or defects caused during transit, contact us immediately at support@richmond-outfitters.com and include a brief description along with clear photos of the damaged item(s).
We will arrange a replacement, return, or refund — whichever you prefer.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment, we sincerely apologize for the delay.
Sometimes, deliveries can be affected by external factors such as carrier issues, customs clearance, or public holidays.
Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to arrive.
If your package still has not been delivered after that period, contact us at support@richmond-outfitters.com, and we will assist you in locating your order promptly.
Return Shipping Policy
Return shipments are made at the customer’s own risk.
Returned items must be sent back to our return facility in China.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Richmond Outfitters cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Richmond Outfitters.
