Returns
Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.
For products where hygiene is important, items must be properly cleaned before starting the return process.
Exclusions:
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
Procedure:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation stating whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account.

Costs
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely, as Richmond Outfitters cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
All returns must be shipped to our return facility in China, with return shipping costs starting from $30 USD, to be paid by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
If the same issue occurs again on the replacement shipment, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automated processing system.
If your order has already been shipped, you may start a return request once it arrives.
